How to use Colloidal Silver
My experience with colloidal silver started ten years ago when my 86 year old mother decided to change her curtains one Sunday afternoon, ready for her Monday wash.
She fell off the chair she was using to reach her curtains and broke her hip!
Three days later she was the possessor of a brand new hip, however she never made it out of hospital as she developed what they told me was M.R.S.A, an antibiotic resistant virus. Later (on her death certificate) I saw the words C Diff, which stands for Clostridium difficile.
At that point in time I knew nothing of these things, and still held the medical establishment in high regard, however when I researched the causes of my mothers death I realised that simple colloidal silver would have probably stopped her viral problems and saved her life.
I say probably because as she died in hospital without colloidal silver treatment, I cannot say 100% thatshe would have survived, however I personally have no doubt that if the same events took place now, I could save her life with colloidal silver.
After that I started making colloidal silver and using it, gave it away to friends, then finally started selling it through health shops and online. Finally I became vocal and successful enough for the health Gestapo to close me down in Europe, now I no longer make CS or sell it.

Colloidal Silver Dosage
Dosage depends upon where and why you are using the colloidal silver, because various situations need different methods of getting the colloidal silver where it will be effective.
It also depends upon what quality colloidal silver you are using.
Home made colloidal silver can be excellent, or terrible, dependent upon whether the maker is using a good colloidal silver generator, or a rip off version.
My first attempt at making colloidal silver was by using five nine volt radio batteries linked in series, with a couple of crocodile clips bought from my local electrical store, hooked up to two strips of silver. I used a café tierre jug as the distilled water container, and an old cork drinks coaster with two slits made in it to position the silver strips, then sat back and waited for the strips to 'peel off' a golden cloud, which I understood was the colloidal silver being formed.
It's that simple to make colloidal silver.
However, and it's a fairly big however, there have been a few case of people making rubbish colloidal silver, normally by either adding an accelerator to the distilled water, or even worse, not using distilled water in the first place. Distilled water has less than 1 part per million in it, tap water has between 700 to well over 1100 ppm.
DON'T USE TAPWATER - DON'T USE ANYTHING EXCEPT STEAM DISTILLED WATER, IF YOU MAKE COLLOIDAL SILVER.
People who did went blue! - with a condition called argyria, however it's highly unlikely to happen to anyone who uses colloidal silver responsibly, especially if it's a known brand.

So how do you take it?
Sub-lingual application:
Under the tongue is undoubtably the best place to take colloidal silver when the need is to get the colloidal silver into the blood stream, this can be achieved by either spraying two or three squirts as often as needed, or holding a teaspoonful in your mouth and swishing it under the tongue. If you have the start of a viral infection, then spraying orally will work doubly;
- By dealing with any virus in the mouth ot throat areas.
- Plus entering the bloodstream where it can deal with the virus already in your bloodstream and thereby halting or slowing down the proliferation of the virus.
Nasal:
Used nasally the colloidal silver will again act doubly;
- It will act as a barrier to viral infection.
- It will allow the nasal passages to breath freely, and stop or reduce snoring and mucus blocked noses.
By mouth
If the need is below the stomach i.e. in the intestinal areas, then you will need to get the colloidal silver past the stomach before it can work efficiently, and as the stomach contains gastric acid designed to deconstruct whatever enters, there is a need to alkalyn the area a little bit to balance the situation (and in all probability the colonic problem was caused by excess acidity in the first place).
To achieve this you need to consume colloidal silver that has been mixed 50/50% with Aloe Vera juice, and preferably drink the mixture on an empty stomach to assist rapid travel into the colonic area.
I have personally consumed colloidal silver at the rate of 1 litre a day for an extended period to check what effect this has on a human body... you will detox and may suffer a herxhiemer effect but that's about the limit of it, however like all sane people I advise you to consider carefully your options and preferably speak to a health care professional (a naturopathic doctor would be best, white coat doctors tend not to understand or want to understand anything which is not sold at 3000% mark-up by BigPharma and can be patented)before you start long term usage of colloidal silver in substantial dosages.

If the problem to be dealt with is in the bronchial area, there are two ways to deal with it;
- Spray the colloidal silver directly into the throat and breathe it in (not very effective,but better than nothing)
- Use an ultrasonic humidifier.
Obviously the second method is superior and will have a far better effect, because it puts the colloidal silver deep down into the lungs, where it can deal with the infection first hand. The methodology I have used is to place the humidifier next to my bed and breath slowly and gradually more deeply for about ten minutes.
This will probably cause a severe bout of coughing initially, and for this reason smokers who also suffer with heart conditions should NOT use this method without medical supervision. (and you will NOT be able to get that ).
The coughing will get less as the mucus is loosened (it's a good idea to have a box of tissues handy) and in time you could use the humidifier much longer (I have left it on over night, but you will probably end up wet from the constant stream of vapour).
I also use a much diluted form of colloidal silver, which normally comes at 10 ppm (parts per million) strength, and I will cut it down to 3-5 ppm using PURE distilled water. You can also greatly increase the effectiveness by adding one drop of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide, food grade 35%) to 2000 cc mix for your humidifier. Again I use a higher mix, but START (if you choose to do it at all) on a very low H2O2 percentage. This mixture also increases the oxygen level in the vapour emitted.
Other orifices!
A drop into the ears will deal with most ear pain overnight, likewise I have used it in my eyes to deal with sore eyes or any occular infection.
Infections in the other areas can also be dealt with by spraying or otherwise inducing colloidal silver into the affected area/s, i.e. you can douch it or enema with it, and in some situations thats the only way you will get colloidal silver in direct contact with an infected area.
Dematologically (on your skin)
Again colloidal silver is great for dealing with all sorts of skin conditions and I have persoanlly seen it deal with eczema that a friend had suffered with for 40 years, and it dealt with it in a couple of months!.
Great for burns and applied to open wounds with a band aid it will speed healing.
Remember colloidal silver takes about six minutes to kill the virus or bacteria it comes into contact with, so if using on the skin, the best route is to spray the affected area frequently to ensure that whatever you are zapping will be exposed for at least six minutes to the colloidal silver.
Potential problems with colloidal silver
Our family have been using and experimenting with colloidal silver for about ten years now and I would guess that we have used it or tried it in most circumstances.
My wife used it throughout her pregnancy and it has no recorded side effects IF MADE AND USED PROPERLY because all it is is pure water with microscopically fine particles of positive charged pure (.999%) silver suspended in it by electrosis.
As I said above, there have been a few cases reported (in the last 100 years) where people using silver as a treatment have developed argyria, a condition where the skin can turn grey due to a high concentration of silver building up in the dermal area and oxidising with sunlight.
These cases were NOT using the modern form of colloidal silver that most companies manufacture today, they were using home made preparations (where the quality is not guaranteed) made with DIY kits which are sold for about US$100 online (and can be made for less than US$10 by anybody who wants to visit a local electrical shop and has half a brain)and making the colloidal silver at extremely high ppm counts (450ppm in one instance) and/or not using pure distilled water, but tap water, which contains chlorine, which makes silver cloride, which is NOT good to imbibe.
Anybody who uses a reputable brand of colloidal silver; made with steam distilled water in a computerised generator fitted with .999% pure silver wands, which guarantees quality and parts per million control, has no fear of problems if they consume normal quantities of colloidal silver.
The ideal maintenance dosage of colloidal silver would be a tablespoon per day, but obviously if you are suffering a health crisis, you would need to take more.

So here is a chart (right) that will hopefully provide the answer.
Basically it's a simple math problem, but in all instances it's better that you use a Hannah PWT water testing meter to check the ppm as you dilute, and all dilution MUST be using ONLY pure distilled water, if you mix CS with anything else, you will create a chemical reaction of unknown dimensions!

If you are going to cut the CS, ONLY cut it with distilled water, i.e. the water must be pure, or the chemicals (in tap water) will change the CS structure.
I have fed our animals CS for years, there is no dosage restriction, nor unsafe dosage, and animals prefer CS to ordinary water (proven that by having two bowls down, they choose the CS over tap water) so cut it to suit your pocket rather than a mixture chart, frankly even at 5ppm it will do the trick for your dog, so you can safely add one bottle of CS to two equal bottles of distilled water and just put it in their bowl to drink.
My dog had leishmaniosis, a blood parasite disease that ate his nose over time, once he started on CS water, his condition stabilised and he lived another 5 years without medication from the vet.

A holistic vet suggested I put CS in my dog's water after cleaning his teeth and removing a molar 2 days ago. The vet said CS will help inhibit bacterial growth in his mouth so the extraction site will not become infected and will inhibit tartar growth.
The dog is 12+ yr old, weighs 20 lbs, has a history of tartar buildup and has red and receding gums. I purchased a bottle of CS 18ppm but it does not indicate dosage. I see your dilution chart based on 250ppm. I'm math challenged so how much of the 18ppm solution do I add to 2 cups of water? Also, is it safe for the 14 lb cat to drink the same solution ratio and what would be the dosage duration or can it be given indefinitely?
For parvo virus it depends on the level you dog is at, I have heard of folk injecting the CS into the dog, but would not advise that unless the dog is near dying, injecting is extreme and may weaken the dog as a rapid detox would happen.
Give the animal CS in their water bowl, (plastic or stainless steel only) and they will drink it, and as the average dog drinks water frequently, it will get into their system.
Don't know that there are any naturopathic vets, but if you do go with injections, get the vet to do it, they will probably put the animal on an intravenous drip and if they do, get the CS cut to 5ppm and let them use it for one hour on three hours off.
Not many vets will do that.

If you took Aloe and CS at that rate for an extended period you WILL have a herxhiemer reaction as you will detox rapidly, so I would do that day one, then drop down to 2 to 3 times a day for the next week, then adjust frequency according to how you are reacting to the dosage taken.
How much did he suggest you took each time?
Unless you are making your own CS, you will run out of your supply very quickly.

Dee, I have long just given my animals CS as their drinking water, it will not harm them and in 'blind tasting' tests (i.e. I put tap water in one bowl and CS in the other) they choose the CS every time, leaving the tap water until there is no CS to drink.
You can cut it with pure distilled water (NEVER tap water, if contains chlorine and fluoride, both dangerous for anything)and the ratio can be 50/50 or 33% CS to 66% distilled water, according to how much you make at one time, the quantity is less important that having SOME CS in the water.
For treating topically, just spray onto the dogs coat and rub it in, and spray it frequently,if you are giving it in the drinking water, the skin complaint will probably heal from the inside out, so to speak.
Likewise for you, spray your hair ALL OVER and massage into the scalp.
The probable point is that to use this much CS, you need to buy or make a generator.... I need to put those instructions up, so that folk can do just that.
When you make CS, (it's as cheap as can be to make)you will be able to use it freely, which is when it really pays health dividends.

This is the first time I've ever gave colloidal silver any attention. Therefore, I am not familiar with the product at all, except the fact that it is a natural antibiotic.
My dog is suffering from a bacterial infection on his skin, and I do not want the vet administering anymore antibiotics that cause a vicious cycle with yeast and other problems. We've been there many times before...
I'm horrible with dosage/ratios and have no idea what I'm supposed to administer, and how.
What is the proper dosage? And what is the best way to administer it to my dog?
I read most of your page, and now I'm quite intimidated on using this correctly. I'm assuming mixing with tap water in his bowl is not a good idea?
Secondly, if I desired to apply this to my scalp, what would be the best way? I have two bald spots that at first the doctor diagnosed as ringworm. However, now they say it is NOT ringworm, because it goes away on its own, but reoccurs in a different location. They cannot tell me what it is, and it's been quite the mystery I'm eager to solve.

Wonderfully informative hub. I was talking to someone at my co-op (which is affiliated with the Weston A. Price Foundation) today about how I cannot tolerate milk and he said it sounds like I have a leaky gut. I have already thought I may due to my very many food allergies (wheat, rice, dairy, oats) and he recommended using silver and aloe. I wanted more details so I googled it and found this hub. The only thing was he recommended taking silver and aloe on a 1-to-1 basis, than 15 minutes later repeating, then 30 minutes later, than 45, than every hour on the hour. What do you think about this? Landry, if the CS does the trick, just buy or make a generator and keep using it, it will not harm him or you IF correctly made.
First I would recommend cutting ALL gluten and MSG from your diets, gluten is in all bread products, and indeed anything that is made from wheat has gluten, it seems that we as a species are rapidly developing a gluten intolerance and you should (will) see improvement once you go gluten free.
MSG is in MOST anything you buy off the shelf, it's a 'flavour enhancer' which allows low cost crap to taste OK, unfortunately it is also a neurological disaster product and will produce bad effects even in those who have the ability to build a tolerance to it from long term consumption.
In Europe MSG is hidden as E numbers, and any product with an E number between E620 and E629 is actually a form of MSG and should be avoided.
I do not know what the equivalent markings are for the USA, but basically if it says 'flavour enhancer' - contains yeast extract' - contains soy products' it will contain MSG.
Cut out MSG and gluten and you will both feel better.
Buy some psyllium husks, which are cheap and completely safe to consume, and add a teaspoonful to your sons favourite fruit drink and if he can, get him to drink it fast once a day. The psyllium will basically turn a fruit drink into a jelly, so if he cannot drink it, wait until it gels and spoon feed him.
For you use a tablespoonful and drink it last thing at night.
You BM will be perfect in a few days, and psyllium is a great toxin collector which will reduce toxic poisoning in your body slowly and securely, as well as re balancing your guts.

My 3 yr old son has autism; I believe a result of my own gut being a mess. We have been treating it naturally & have had much success.
Recently he was diagnosed with c. diff. After researching I chose to treat the c.diff with 2 tsp. daily colloidal silver & S. boulardii. I also have been taking the same dosage; I always take whatever treatment I give my son to be aware of good & bad reactions. We had great results within the hour of taking the first dose & the days following. My son began to have regular BM's & was able to finally be fully potty trained. He was also much calmer, speaking in sentences, & comprehending what others were saying much better.
After a month, following recommendations we both went off CS. Within days I could hardly keep my eyes open or focus. My son became very ill tempered again, hyper, & his BM's became loose & frothy again. After a week we began taking CS again with improved our symptoms almost instantly again.
I'm just wondering why we had such a reaction when trying to discontinue the CS & how we should properly treat our symptoms.

Hi , I started using CS for 7 days to help strengthen my MS , My little Terriere had a large skin tag on side of her body , because it seems to distress her ( eg. - like a large knot) she kept trying to chew it off, for the past 2 days I have put on 1 drop x 4 & today ( late afternoon ) it is shrinking & breaking up . I also give her a drop in each ear for mites & orally for everything else. I am so happy to have heard about your site & the uses of CS plus all the great info. Keep continuing , we all should get away from the poisons the medical establishment is wanting us to take.
Oops..almost forgot the other important thing - a thermal stirrer. Take a coffee can, cut 1" hole in the middle of the bottom, tape a small ext. cord inside just where you can plug in a night lite(less hood), stick tip of bulb just even with hole. Cut a small slit in the side to run cord outside of can so it can sit flat. Place 1 qt. mason jar on top and with light on you create a gentle thermal current which pushes the silver stream coming off the anode up keeping the solution stirred. :-) Ikeman
I make my own CS and it seems to turn out well - Light amber color using distilled water, three 9 Volt batteries in series with pure 99.99 silver wire. Get alligator clips and 9 Volt connectors in a bag from Radio Shack all for less than $10. I got the wire from "The Colloidal Silver Guy". Just google him. He also sells a basic unit for about $50 not including silver wire (about $30). To mimic the expensive current reducing generators I remove one battery after one hour and continue for about 1-1/2 hr. more. Filter into a clean quart jar with a coffee filter (rinse first with distilled water) and voila!

We gave our daughter CS from birth, and there is no danger in your 4 year old taking it. With CS it is the constancy of the CS in the system, not the amount, so I would give a teaspoon say three times a day i.e. before meals, and try to get them to hold it sub-lingual for a few minutes before they ate anything else.
If there is asthma as well, give them liquid magnesium, which tastes slightly sweet so is no problem. You may find that when their magnesium level is no longer deficient, the asthma will stop.
You can also easily and safely mix CS and liquid mag to make it easier to take.

What dosage of 10ppm CS would you recommend for a 4 year old to treat Candida. After doing all this reading it certainly looks like candida is the cause of all her allergies and asthma. CS would be great if it could treat it as it doesn't taste bad like most other remedies! Any other recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi Leigh, from what you write I would say you have it beat, or will do in a short time, there is nothing I would recommend adding except stay gluten free once you get clear of the candida.
Thanks for all the great info! I have system candida and have started on h2o2 - about 15 drops per litre maybe 3-5 times a day but i'm interested in the colloidal silver treatment as well. I have read CS and h2o2 work really well together and here I read about mixing the CS with aloe. I'm not going to be able to afford the aloe in the quantities I need - what would you recommend. i am also doing a cleanse with bentonite and psyllium.

I have a serious ongoing gastro problem that has me retching every few hours. I've lost much weight & in my desperation I've turned to my local hospital for help. I've been seeing a nautropath who has done some colonics for me & now I have my own enema kit.
Would you advise adding CS to my normal 2L water enema?
First 50ppm is actually no more effective than 10ppm, it just makes a better marketing claim and costs you so little more to make anyways, but it's good you have 50ppm, I guess it has a strong metal taste?
What I would do is buy or make some pure distilled water, then cut the 50ppm down to 10ppm or so.
Like I have said before, a little often is better than a gallon a day in MOST instances, for you, take a teaspoonful under the tongue and hold it in your mouth for at leas a minute, you will get maximum absorbency rate through the mouth, and do that three or four times a day.
It's the constancy of CS in your bloodstream that will zap the bugs.
If those bugs are parasitic you should look at curezone and research more on how to do a parasite cleanse, Blessed Herbs do a good kit that works.
I want to use the silver as a preventative to boost immune system and get the bugs out. The stuff I bought is 50ppm. How much do I take daily? and for how long?

Excellent! I write professionally on colloidal silver. Good stuff you've got here. The best way to ensure the quality of your colloidal silver is to make it yourself. Costs probably less than 50 cents a quart.
Charlie, you can use a nebuliser or an ultrasonic humidifier, both will work, steam I would not recommend, only because it will mean heating the CS and I guess that will change the ppm of it.
One of the fastest ways to get it into the bloodstream is sub lingual, i.e. just put a tablespoon of CS into your mouth and swill it gently around the mouth and under the tongue. You can do this as many times a day as you wish.
Not only will you get it fast into the blood, you will not suffer any dental problems! although if you have metal in your teeth, you could create a reaction from the positive charged CS and whatever metal you had.
For you the answer will probably be in keeping a constant level of CS in your blood, rather than a high level of ppm. In reality CS will work just fine at 5ppm, but for whatever reason 10ppm became the norm for selling it, and stuck.
When I made and sold it, I would make at 20ppm and reduce it with distilled water to get to 10ppm, which I advertised, but normally drank my own at 15ppm.
Since the Health Gestapo stopped me a couple of years ago, I no longer sell openly. If you do start making it, do not be surprised when people start asking you to sell them some!

I have an internal bacterial infection where the doctors have failed to put a name to.
I have been put on Ciprofloxcin (Cipro 750 mg)for over a year regarding the internal bacerial infection.
I dont have a fever or high tempreture.
If I stop taking the Cipro tabs, within a week I become so unwell with a headache with each day it worsening and just feeling so unwell it becomes life threatening where I have to go back on taking Cipro tabs.
The doctors just keep giving me Cipro tabs.
I dont want to stay on these tabs for ever.
I have brought a CS generator and was wondering if one was to steam CS and inhail it, would that get CS into ones blood systom faster.
If there is a problem steaming and inhaling CS would buying a nebuliser be a good idear.

To get an accurate ppm reading you need to buy a Hannah PWT testing meter, they are about 50$ (but hey Fido's worth it huh!) then using ONLY distilled water (Walmart or distill your own, water distiller 200$)cut the 250ppm until you get to the right ppm amount... (and 30ppm is still high! I would cut it to 10ppm, you really do not need stronger).... so 250 to 30, well an equal amount should cut it to 125ppm, so 1 liter cut with one liter distilled water will get you to 125ppm, 1 liter cut with 2 liters distilled would get you to about 80ppm, and three liters distilled would cut it to 25%, i.e. 60ppm aprox, 4:1 will get you to about 50ppm.

BTW, I always simply put the CS in a PLASTIC water bowl for my animals, and if there was CS in one bowl and tap water in the other, they drank the CS by preference, that way, they stay in better all round health!

Everyone should consult their naturopath! - but I can assure you that CS will not conflict with chemical medicines in that it is electrostatic-ally, positive charged pure silver, and will only attach to negative charge virus or bacteria, however, as stated always consult a naturopath before starting any course of natural medical treatment.... if they know what CS is!
The first time I heard of this for treatment was 5 years ago. My osteo recommended it and it works wonders. But I would caution that one should contact a doctor of naturopathy to ensure the right dosage for the ailment. It would also be advised to speak about any contrindications with other modern medicines one is taking.
Mix the aloe vera juice 50/50 with the CS and drink as much as you can take without getting a loose bowel, when you reach that point, cut back to a lower dosage until you are normal again.
If you have a genny, you can afford to drink as much as you like, but invest in a Hannah PWT tester (pure water tester) to ensure and know what ppm (parts per million) you are producing and drinking.
Any ppm over 5ppm and up to (say) 15ppm will be OK, but I normally stay around 10ppm.
The candida should die within a few weeks of doing this.
Best drink before breakfast (allow a 10 minute gap before eating or drinking other stuff) and last thing at night, but remember that you will probably have a looser bowel when you start building up the dosage.
I have tested drinking CS up to 1 litre a day for an extended period, with no ill effects, but start with (say) one 4 oz glass of Aloe/CS mix twice a day, then build to whatever amount you want to take.

I have used colloidal silver before. I am not sure it was the colloidal silver, but I got better.
My mother is in her 70's. She had a stroke and a heart attack about 10 years or so ago. She also is taking meds for high blood pressure and diabetes. Presently, she has a lot of phlegm in her lungs and says she cannot physically cough it up to get it out of her body (inability due to the stroke...). From the sound of her cough, the phlegm is building up and getting worse daily. What ppm dosage would be best for her? I had pneumonia about 5 years ago and used colloidal silver (toward the end of a 7 day antibiotic regimen). I feel the colloidal silver made the difference in my rapid recovery. On another occasion I used CS and got great results. I believe in CS's healing properties. I have asked my mom's pharma doctor if I could use the CS along with her other meds? He did say YES. I am not the primary care taker and could not move forward without the doctors permission. After reading your hub questions and answers, I now want to know what is the best way to administer this to her and avoid a bad reaction (I.e., humidifier...???) with excessive coughing. Before reading your hub, I thought I could just give her the proper dosage. What is best way to get it to her lungs? I use a small plastic bottle (Vick Sinex)empty the chemicals out, clean it and refill with CS... H2O2 just a drop in a bottle, will do no harm, but if you get it too strong, it will sting your nose!

H2O2 will clean at 8-12% mix in distilled water, if you added a good quantity of CS to that mix, it would act well enough as a surface cleaner, just use a fine spray botttle (misting would be good).
Don't know about the Bob Beck machine, but Bob Beck is well respected in the CS alternative meds field, so I would guess it's an OK machine.

It's so funny that I've run into this just now...I JUST started using colloidal silver a few weeks ago: Despite regular flossing, certain areas of my gums (that I couldn't reach easily with floss) began to develop gingivitis; this was NOT cool, so I switched to a different kind of floss (the kind on a little stick), got a little rubber tipped pick, and a bottle of colloidal silver. I've been ingesting CoQ10, and massaging the affected area with the colloidal silver. Already the gingivitis is much improved, and I've got healthy new gums growing in the area. Keep spreading the word, and thanks for the info about how to make it yourself: I'm going to have to look into that!

I use food grade (35% Hydrogen Peroxide) which we get from agriculture shops, they sell it for farmers to sterilise milking equipment in Spain, but if you have pharmacy bought 3% that's fine, it's pure distilled water and H2O2 do it's no problem, a good squirt will do fine, I put about a teaspoon of 35% into my humidifier, which is really strong, so a good squirt of 3% will achieve the effect (of blasting the particles smaller) without any harm, when it hits the water it turns to oxygen anyway!
I dilute my CS/Distilled water mix down to about 5-7 ppm of CS, but then I make it in 5 gallon batches, so I can afford to! if you buy the Utopia genny, you will make 2 pints at a session, and you could easily cut that with at least the same amount of Distilled water and get a good effect.
As long as you ONLY use distilled water, and pure (.999) silver and don't add anything to accelerate it (like salt, which some recommend) then you will make perfectly safe and effective CS.
If it tastes metallic you can dilute until is almost tastes of nothing, and still be drinking 5ppm CS, which is good enough if you use it regularly.
Three times per day at 5ppm cut with 3% H2O2 would be a good start, and I always start lying down with the vapor aimed towards my face, breathe in through the nostrils slowly, but shallow breathes and gradually let it get deeper, that way you will miss the heavy coughing fits!
Obviously you do not smoke! but carry a small atomizer spray bottle with you to counter the effects of bad air environments, and just breathe it in and snort it up the nasal passage, this will keep things normal!

Thank you so much for the quick response! I will check out Utopia's maker as I think I would trust one more made by a trusted company than by myself but having a ppm tester would also ease my mind.
Do I need to use food grade H202 for the humidifier and is 3% OK? If I dilute the potency of the CS by using several ounces of distilled water and only say 1oz of CS will it still work as well? I thought I read that it didn't matter how much water you use in the mix, that it's the constant application of the CS that makes it work. Would a drop or 2 of H202 be enough for this mix? Also if I can only get to using the humidifier say 3X a day will that be enough and can I leave the original mix in from the morning or do I have to change it every time?
Have used magnesium in capsule form in the past and it helped some but not always enough. I have never tried the liquid form. I'll check it out but if all goes well with the CS and H202 hopefully I'll never need to use it! I feel like after 5 years of searching for a cure for my lifelong asthma I may have finally found it with the guidance of spirit and people who are willing to take the time to share their knowledge such as yourself.

I started making CS with two pure silver strips (about $7 from Elixia) two crocodile clips (from any electrical store) and five 9 volt batteries.
I'll do a hub showing how to do this.
A good cheap maker would come from Utopia Silver and I think they do one for $39 - don't know what it consists of, but Utopia have been around a while and seem to be decent folk, so I guess it would be OK.
You had such an effect when using the humidifier because it was getting right into your lungs and starting to throw out the loosened phlegm built up in them.
CS directly into the lungs will cause a rapid die off rate for bronchial infection, and your lungs will obviously attempt to get rid of the dead stuff asap.
Stay with it.
If you want to use H2O2 in the humidifier that will help 'blast' the CS into even smaller particles, plus both CS and H2O2 will kill any mold or bacteria in the humidifier.
For asthma always carry liquid magnesium with you and when you feel an attack approaching, squirt a few drops into your mouth and hold it under the tongue.
In an A&E room you will see on the wall a list of recommended actions fro asthma attacks brought in, the first two are chemical patented drugs supplied by BigPharma, the third 'if all else fails' recommendation is Magnesium.... go figure!

I am new to the world of H2O2 and have used colloidal silver in the past but am now wanting to try either or both to cure life long asthma. I got a nasty virus this last week that brought on a lot of congestion. I started using colloidal silver orally and it is helping alot. I am bringing up copius amounts of phlegm. I then remembered in the past when I had a bacterial infection in my lungs the colloidal silver was about the only thing that really helped. This all led me down the path to research cures for asthma using colloidal silver. I was so excited to find that there are many! So here are my questions. I do not have a generator to make it so it is very costly for us right now. I am taking 7 teaspoons a day of 10ppm but can not afford to continue paying $28 for 8oz! I also don't have $300 for a generator right now but if I find the silver to be helpful enough I would consider making the investment. Anyone know where I could find a decent model for less than $200? I have an ultrasonic humidifier and mixed some colloidal silver in it last night with distilled water at about a 50/50 ratio but only seemed to end up wheezing more after using it for about 10 minutes. I cleaned it the best I could as I saw it has some greenish stains on it which I think are from someone using it previously with our well water which leaves the same greenish stains around the bathtub. Could this have tainted my mix at all? I thought maybe I need pure collidal silver in it to knock out the asthma but that could get quite pricey being I have to pour several ounces in it to make it work. I'm curious to hear more about H202 and if that could really make the difference. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've also heard copper is good, not sure where I would get pure copper from though! in principal you could make it in your kitchen, so it's worth a try.
Gold is supposedly very good for the brain and energy levels, however there are different views on how to make it, and I favor the high charge way. which needs some special equipment which i don't have.
I think that a lot of the gold supposedly sold is made wrongly, don't imagine its dangerous, just less effective than it should be.

MRSA can be deadly. Great information - I learned allot. I read that silver, gold, copper and ozone water are natural anti-bacteria fighters. There is a study out that states that copper is better than stainless steel for fighting dangerous MRSA. Haven't seen the silver or gold application. Great information. Thank you!

Yeah you have to be strict on the mix, and very handy stuff for general domestic use all round. I heard about the cellfood, I must look deeper into that. I used to work in a Clean room environment, and found that the lack of viruses in the air etc causes your body to stop creating anti bodies, against virus, and fungal spores of all kinds. So besides relying on the Holy Spirit for total healing which did take place I also boosted myself with the HHOO...H202.

Ladies first... I use a Vick nasal spray (having cleaned out the Vick first) just fill it with CS and snort when you need it, when I was a smoker (go figure, physician heal thyself!) anyway, when I smoked, because of the variety of stuff I take I detoxed very fast, making smoking a dumber thing to do than ever, but the CS nose spray stopped me snoring from the catarrh which resulted from the detox.... It will help your problem Lady G.
Hoo.... I have used H2O2 as you have, in fact, being me I experimented up to 12% before I burnt my gullet and needed a pint of Aloe Vera to save the day! - but the jury is still out, because H2O2 does oxigenate and there is debate whether free radicals are increased by it.
I recommend Cellfood (just Google it, or I can give you the name of a fine lady in Texas that sells it)and I recommend it because it is just great. Basically Cellfood is concentrated nacient oxygen, i.e. it's missing the hydrogen, which it finds when you drink it in abundance in your body. End result; high oxygenation. It was developed by Everett Storey who was on the Manhattan project and found that handling all that bad stuff was killing him and his chums, so (being a water biologist) he set to make a solution to his cancer problem... he lived to 78 I think!

Yes I drink it , but I make sure its the food grade, clear type and 6%/ 20 vol, in a tea spoon and mix it into orange Juice, or just water, in a glass. It does kill bacteria in the mouth and also on skin burns and sores. I use it in my dogs water, and keeps their breath clean and avoid gum disease.
Acne also is sorted out due to skin bacteria , fungus on toes, feet.etc.
So Hoowantstono, Do you drink the stuff?? Isn't that dangerous? You can shoot me an e-mail on this if you don't want to make a hub out of it. I do rinse my nmouth out with the stuff on occasion and keep it in my mouth for a minute or two. Oh I don't use the Floride Laden Toothpaste anymore. I am glad that I found this article too. I have been suffering with congestion of my nasalpassages since May. I have the CS and used it for my cats who had their problems with thier flu they get every year. It worked for them, but never did I think to use it for me. Should I just make a nasal spray of this and how much would I use etc.. I am tired of all the over the counter stuff that I amusing. Afrin is what has been the best for my nasal spray, but then again most times it will work and some times it doesn't. I have also been taking Advil Cold and Sinus. I have not used these things for that long of time, but it just is obnoxious and I am pretty tired of it. I really think it is allergies and well living in the woods there isn't really muchtaht I can do about them, but keep using the nasal sprays and the drugs. Only thing is - I HATE those drugs and will only take them as a last resort.

As to asthma, get hold of liquid magnesium, it's really cheap and carry it with you, when you reach for you steroid inhaler, and before you use it (i.e. when you first feel a need arising) put a few drops of liquid magnesium under your tongue, it SHOULD relieve the problem, try it an report back!
I worked that out when a friend of mines wife died during a cross country drive, she had a severe attack and they were too far away from medical assistance.
When I researched it, magnesium came up, which makes sense as magnesium relaxes the arteries and allows more blood through to the lungs and heart.
I had it confirmed when I was in the A&E ward one night with my daughter, and whilst waiting I read the doctors wall, there in black and white it said (for Asthma attacks) 1st try this drug (BigPharma) then if that fails try this one (also BigPharma) if that also fails to bring relief, administer magnesuium... so my (logical) though process leapt to the conclusion, use the (natural) remedy of last resort FIRST.
It also reduces the chances of heart attacks and strokes significantly, and if you have a stroke whilst having taken magnesium, the effects of the stroke are lessened and the recovery time shorter..... I feel another hub coming on!

I have asthma too and have just been through the same thing that donotfear is dealing with. It's a scary situation. I'm near positive the antibiotics that I was prescribed made it worse. Sovereign Silver looks to be a professionally made brand, I just checked their site, but couldn't find and reference to what their ppm was, they listed just about everyone else on the shelf but themselves!
Use the CS in a humidifier, they say don't cut it with anything other than aloe juice, that's just to cover they rear end and sell more! - Provided it is pure steam distilled water you can cut the CS as much as you want. It's not the ppm (parts per million)that does the work, it's the constancy of the application (in your situation). By bronchial I assume you mean congestion and lots of mucus, which indicates a viral chest infection that has reached the lungs, not good, because it has proliferated to a degree where your defences had been breached.
I would go the humidifier route and mix my CS with pure steam distilled water, cutting it to 50/50% CS/SDW, the humidifier MUST be ultrasonic, you need a cold vapour, not a steam bath!
Breath that in shallowly at first, then start taking it slowly and deeply into your lungs. You should be able to feel the CS vapour reaching the bottom of your lungs, when you get to that point carry on until either:
1)You start coughing / expelling mucus TOO severely.
2)You feel that you are breathing easily.
DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE A SMOKER WITH A HEART CONDITION.

I am exceptionally glad I stumbled upon this article. I have had a severe asthma/bronchial/feel icky attack for 3 weeks. Two doctor visits, two rounds of antibiotic, and 2 rounds of steroids. Now between the 1st and 2nd visit to the doc, I went to the health food store and bought some Sovereign Silver. It said to take xx amount of dose every 30 minutes or so blah blah and said not to eat within 4 hours. Now, if I did that, I'd starve to death with the exception of doing it for fasting reasons. Well, I took the silver for 24 hours straight, under the tongue, every time I thought about it but I ate anyway. Well, on Sunday morning my chest felt like it was breaking up some....however, I went ahead to the doc again. Got the really strong antibiotic this time with a steroid inhaler. I'm going to start back on the silver again. I still feel bad.
